Glen Lochay, where I was today, is slightly out of area for Stewarts of Balquhidder. It’s effectively a couple of Glens north. Nonetheless it’s close enough for there to be some crossover of relations and friendships and there were Stewarts here, albeit Appins, at Innischaoriach. I think I am right that Val Roberts has some ancestors from this area. We drove past Moirlanich longhouse on our way up Glen Lochay, now owned by the National Trust for Scotland. I took a couple of photos and have attached a hyperlink which tells the tale of the Robertson family within. https://www.nts.org.uk/stories/moirlanich-unlocked-farm-life
